How to be the blushing bride
Having perfect skin is like a dream for all women out there, especially if it's their wedding day.
You don't want to land up getting pimples or having dark spots on your skin just on the day of your wedding. Here are a few tips which will help you attain spotless and absolutely flawless skin.
- Start your skin care routine as early as possible. You can't leave something like skin care, up for a last minute preparation. If you really want to be the blushing bride on your special day, then you have to put in effort from months in advance. Actually it would be best if you could start from a year ahead. If you manage to have a plan, then you can actually get beautiful and glowing skin on the big day. Make sure that you chalk out a plan where you pay attention to areas like the neck, chest and shoulders. Also try and get facials and use moisturizer and sunscreen every day. If you have an issue with pimples, then get it treated from before or use zit cream regularly.
- Try avoiding using a new skin care product. Sometimes if you try out a new moisturizer or a new type of foundation, you might get side effects. If you want to have the perfect skin, then the best thing to do would be to stick by the products you already use.
- Healthy snacking is the key. If you have the right fruits mixed with yogurt or simply fruits, then you are bound to get a natural glow for sure. One of the most important fruit you should have is watermelon. It doesn't matter if your skin is dry or oily or of the normal types, watermelon will help you achieve your glow either way. You can also try out grapefruit and have lots of green leafy veggies like lettuce. Another good veggie which will help your skin shine is broccoli. You can even try and detox by going on a liquid diet before the wedding to make your skin glow.
- Take good care of your face by cleansing and toning every day, before you go to sleep. This ritual is going to help you get rid of all the dust and the clogged pores. It also helps to get rid of the dead cells from your skin, making it look more fresh and younger.
